A little bit of history...

The birth of the main brand, ‘1908 Catering’, which took place in 2015 within the FC Lugano football club to support catering for the athletes and for the Cornaredo Stadium in Lugano, quickly developed with the Catering & Banqueting project also outside the Lugano Stadium.

In 2019, the brand ‘1908 Catering’ and the catering and banqueting branch of FC Lugano are transferred to the company 1908 Group SA.

As of 2022, 1908 Group SA disengages in its entirety from the football reality of FC Lugano, concentrating on its Core Business with an innovative and avant-garde Concept in Events Organisation, Catering & Banqueting and Collective Catering.

From 2023, 1908 Group SA radicalises and affirms its own growth trend within the ‘Suglio Business Center’ in Manno, where it establishes its headquarters and from which it coordinates its various catering outlets distributed throughout Ticino.
